Homemade Carpet Cleaner Instructions:
- 1 1/2 quarts of hot (NOT boiling) water
- 1/4 cup of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide (regular one that can be bought in stores)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Dish Soap
